RAJENDER filed complaint against FLIPKART on Oct 17, 2018
I orderd Asus Zenfone Max Pro M* on **/**/**** in Big Billion Days from Flipkart with Order ID OD******************. I received the mobile on **/**/****. But, the mobile has touch screen problem. The touch is not working. I requested for replacement and technician also visited to check the issue with the phone. Technician found the touch screen problem with the phone. He reported same to the flipkart with images. But, Flipkart rejected my replacement. It happens twice. Flipkart Executive told that repair the mobile in Asus Service Center for my *rd replacement request on call conversation. Now Flipkart won't accept for my replacement request.
