Flipkart - Replacement Refund Not processed

I have placed an order for *-seater dining table on **-oct-****. the product was delivered on **-oct-**** and it was found defective (the wood started to fall in powder within * days). i raised a replacement request on **-oct-****. the first delivery date for the replacement order given was **-nov-****. flipkart failed to deliver the same. upon contacting and escalating to customer support, i was promised a delivery date of **-dec-****. again flipkart failed to deliver the product and upon repeated phone calls (** in total as on date) the delivery date was moved to **-dec-****. no surprise, the order was not delivered on **-dec-**** as well. on **-dec-**** they expressed that they were not able to arrange for replacement for which i asked for a refund. As on today, Flipkart customer support has closed all the complaint tickets as on today and shows "issue resolved", whereas i have neither received the replacement nor the refund nor a resolution on next steps. extremely traumatizing experience. add to that every time i call the customer support they put the call on hold (for almost **-** minutes) and the line gets disconnected after that.
