Ravi Thacker filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 26, 2018
I bought a asus cell form flipkart and within ** hours i raised a request for replacement/refund as i found some problems with the product and was not convinced with the product.
But it was my nightmare as this flipkart guys scheduled * technician visits which were not useful at all as i tried to explain flipkart executives that the problem i am facing can be resolved in **-** mins and there so called technician was not at all skillful as he just came and did troubleshooting process which i already tried in first ** hours and then raised a request repelacment/refund, so the visits were of no use.
SO after all mail conversations with and request to flipkart they just made fool of mine and just told to go the service center.. if i had to do so then why will i buy a new product from you guys rather to buy a second hand from the local market. and i was helpless.
I wasted nearly *-* hours talking to flipkart executives and *-* hours waiting for there soo called technician. Literally I am just harassed and just fed up.
Guys help me out of this and i just want flipkart learns a lesson.
All of my mail conversations with flipkart are with the attachment.
