Paytm Mall - Replacement product not delivered

Request of return cancelled for Order # **********
Very disappointed by the service provided by Paytm. When I ordered crocs from paytm first I got email and text saying product is delivered when it was actually not. Finally got product with wrong size. Hence requested replacement. Now I get another email and text saying return cancelled because they sent a person for quality check and the product was damaged. Product is not even used once and is kept as it is with tags and there was no person who attended. Sent email to paytm care with product photo as well informing no one has actually come for checkup still haven't got any response till now. Paytm always provides false updates and their service is so horrible and I feel such companies should not be granted any permit to make business.
