I had placed order on Mi.com on **th Oct, product was received on **th Oct wich was faulty and same was requested for replacement. Pick up guy picked up the phone on *th Nov and till now we have not recieved the replaced phone (Redmi * pro) customer care executive is only saying backend team will go but no one is calling..request your help to know the status of my replaced product or get refund of they are not delivering product.request your help to get someone from team to look into matter seriously.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
