Manam Phani Rajesh Reddy filed complaint against BOAT on Aug 13, 2020
I have a boat audio product named boAt BassHeads *** Wired Headset with Mic, due to issue in speakers i raised a complaint in Boat official website and handed over the product. They reviewed it and issued replacement for that and its been almost * months i haven't received it till now and i keep on contacting them via emails and calls but they are not responding.
I don't know whether they give back - the new replacement product or the product which i have shared with them. should i wait for lifetime to get back either any of those? So i am raising a complaint here.
