I am writing to formally complain about the repeated delivery issues with my order of a Dugri Baby Panda Cycle with a front basket, placed on May **, ****, via Flipkart, with a promised delivery by May **, ****. I received an incorrect item, returned it for a replacement, but the replacement was also incorrect. After rejecting it again, Flipkart promised delivery by June *, then June **, ****, with delivery agent details via email and WhatsApp, but failed to deliver or provide updates. The delivery is now postponed to June **, ****, causing significant inconvenience. I demand immediate delivery of the correct item by June **
