Xiaomi mi - Replacement of the defective product

I had purchased a smart phone named Redmi Note ** pro (*GB Ram, ***GB Rom, Colour - Onyx Black). After few months of purchase I started facing issues with the camera and software, I claimed the warranty but after a month the same issue started rising with more software glitches. The manager/official of the service centre stated that, "The phone has a faulty cosmetic part, it's a manufacturing defect", I had to claim the warranty twice for the same camera issue with the new one raised by the authorised service centre. I've already filed a complaint against the defective product and authorised Mi service center, my complaint number generated by Xiaomi India team is WOIN**************. More new issues in the product regarding the software, display and scratch marks on the glass back of the phone's body have been raised by the technician of the authorised service centre. The product is still in warranty till date **/**/**** with all the bills available with the customer (myself) . The service centre is responsible for the further damage of my phone and if the product has a manufacturing defect then why the customer should face the problem. I just want my phone to be replaced with the same brand, same model, same colour, same storage and specifications as soon as possible.
