ON **th september i cancelled my ordered and prepaid mobile of Rs **** with order no ****************. Received a mail that my order is cancelled and will receive the refund in ** days. its ** days over and no response over the issue , everyday i call the customer care only one thing our technical team will contact you, no one is responding to my plea, very bad state of affairs in mi.com, request to please take up my case and refund my amount.
