on **th September I bought moto edge ** pro *G on Flipkart. From day ist phones speakers produces recracking sound on calls and while watching videos. first I thought that it will be software problem I checked all but everything was alright except speakers. from day *nd I raised a complaint on Flipkart on call that you delivered me defected product I want replacement they told me go to visit nearest service centre but service centre was very far away from me which I told them and my return expenses were about **** to **** I had to spend night there and all these expenses I cant afford... Flipkart told me dont worry we will help you we will contact you after * days. and also I mail to Motorola company on *th oct that my phones speakers didnt work properly they didnt reply me and they told me you didnt send us any email that email is in my phone.Also I send message there whatsapp help group they didnt give any reply to me. After * days I contacted Flipkart they told me dont worry we will help you give us * days we will contact to brand after that we will help you..* days passed my replacement warranty passes no help from Flipkart and Motorola after that Motorola called me they said that we arranged pickup for your phone tomorrow I was happy that I will get replacement now but after talking on phone I received a mail from Motorola that your pickup is only for repair not replacement I refused because I want only replacement. I called Flipkart that they told me only for repair they told me dont worry Bring job sheet or denial letter from brand so that we can replace your phone..I somehow managed some money to go bring jobsheet and I bought jobsheet from Motorola and send to Flipkart and still they dont help me ..Now my last hope is only consumer court please help me. ***** is much more for me I worked * months day and midnight for ***** months.....I hope you will help me soon.we poor people have only hope from Indian government please help me ASAP... THANK YOU
I have uploaded denial letter to Flipkart which brand provided to me..
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
