Chintanur Kalyan filed complaint against Redmi on Dec 12, 2019
Dear sir,
I ch.kalyan purchased Redmi note * pro online from amazon. When the mobile was operating after the updated version I am unable to receive the incoming calls when I approached the customer servicing center they said it was motherboard problem we can repair the mobile by replacing motherboard, I said I want new piece because it was not my problem its problem with hardware they said they can't replace.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
