I've created a ticket regarding my Mivi collar replacement on the **th of March **** and they replied to me on the **th of April and from then on they've been telling me only to wait for *-* days and now it's been * months since I've been calling them every week and they're just telling nothing but to wait. I'm fed up with this behavior of them now, they are just telling me that we'll replace my Collar * with the Collar * but they're doing nothing but timepass.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
