I ordered for mi band hrx on **th June **** and when I recieved it. It was tampered and used so I requested for its replacement and was assured of its replacement within two days. But it never got replaced. Despite several complaints and emails to Flipkart they only keep assuring that they are looking for its replacement in a day or two but in vain. It has caused me a lot of mental harassment and pain and also after paying I am not getting the replacement of MI band from Flipkart. Please help.
