Flipkart - Replacement not sent

Order ID - OD******************. I had purchased a Bosch automatic washing machine . The machine was defective and hence I called Flipkart and a replacement was ordered. The engineer came and uninstalled the machine. The delivery of replacement was ** th June. You people have not updated the technician visit because of which the replacement has not been dispatched. I have been calling Flipkart since ** th of this month everyday and requesting you to update the technician visit which has already happened. I have got in touch with BOSCH and the seller after searching his no from internet. Both of them say it is Flipkart which has to update their system for dispatch. Flipkart is saying the seller has too. Not expected such service from Flipkart. To top it all I recd a message from Flipkart saying my problem is resolved. Pls give me a resolution or you are leaving no option left but to knock at consumer court and bring it to the notice of government and media
