I had ordered for lenovo p* through flipkart. After * days of use the screen was dead. I had requested for a replacement within ** days. They cancelled the *st request and they told that they will initiate it again. After multiple calls and emails they finally initiated but they are lagging. They will told that the replacement would be received within * days but havent received. Again after multiple emails and calls they had initiated again but still the status is in approval state not yet processed or shipped. Please help me with this. Now its been * weeks after this. No response from flipkart

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
