I ordered laptop from Flipkart coincidentally received a defective product for which I placed replacement then an technicians visit was arranged for check up but that technical never came and then they asked me for DOA certificate for which I contacted the brand of which laptop is for DOA certificate and they have approved that my product is defective and provided me an DOA certificate which I shared with Flipkart but still * month gone they never replaced it then I tweeted on X and they contact me and confirm that seller has approved replacement I will receive my product by **th October but before it they cancelled it on **th September it's so frustrating and I didn't received my product even after paying money to them
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
