Flipkart - Replacement not processed

I've bought a GoPro Hero Action Camera from Flipkart. I have received the item on ** May as defected. So, I've applied for a replacement on **th May. I've been making relentless calls to the customer support of Flipkart asking about the status. They are saying that the request is being processed and that you have to wait for **-** hrs. The same dialogue has been saying for the past * days. Now in the last call, they have intentionally dropped the call. I've even talked with the "Higher- authority" of Flipkart, but still no use.
