I had Mivi collar * earphones it got broke and I had asked them for replacement they took the earphones but the replacement was not made. I had contacted them but are not giving any kind of replacement just saying due to prevailing covid situation your replacement would take time. But other new orders are being placed and delivered its been almost * months I haven't received my replacement I asked them to refund the money if they can't replace it. But didn't did that.
So I'm filing this complaint here maybe this could give some speed to my issue.
I would like to say from my personal experience to the people that do not buy from MIVI they have very poor customer service.
