I bought Mivi Collar *A from flipkart on **-**-**, last month it stopped working, as it was under warranty I sent it to Mivi care, but till now there is no update through mails or any contact, such a third class company service they have, they received the product on *th day of this month and from then there is no update on this. Plz have a look into this matter and take necessary steps.
