Flipkart.com - Replacement not delevir

I have ordered Asus Zenphone Max Pro M* on **-Oct-**, but on **-Oct I received a speaker instead of mobile. I raised a complaint and they told me that I'll get resolution on **-Oct-** and on **-Oct-** they told me I'll get resolution on **-Oct-**. On **-Oct-** they told me my replacement is approved and I'll get my mobile on or before **-Oct-**. On **-Oct-** I got a call from the wish master if Ekart and he told me he have a replacement order by my name. In evening he came and told me I have not received any confirmation so I'll come tomorrow. I do not know which type of confirmation he want. First he told me on call that he have my order and when he came then he told me he did not have my order. I just want to know that when I'll get my mobile already ** days are completed.
