Flipkart - Replacement issue

I have requested to replace the diffective photron product on **/*/**
Which flipkart approved to replace by **/*/**
Again flipkart promised me to replace by **/*/**
So i dont want any new promise date by flipkart and i want my money back
Kindly guide me how can i get refund
As this product is shown as out of stock on your website.
If flipkart will give me another promise date i will go to the consumer court.
This is my first order on flipkart
Very bad experience
