I had bought this cell in January ****. After using mobile for *-* months , it got switched off. I registerd my mobile in nearby service center of micromax, the supervisor checked and said it's a software problem, again after * days my cell faced same issue of power off. Then again I checked in their service center, supervisor said it's a board problem , I requested supervisor for replacement, he said I had sent email to micromax team for replacement, stating this problem may occur in future too. But the micromax team is rejecting replacement approval. On *st july ****, I bought my cell from service center , the supervisor said he had solved the board problem, and today, I am facing front camera issue, after switching to front camera , their is a partition line and display color switches to pinkish. Can any* help me with this?
