They got it ready after a month and again within a week the phone display didn't work again we took it to the authorized service center. You don't come to (authorized service center in Tirupathi) us. After that, if I called Mr. Madhusudhan Garu, on **-**-****, Madhu garu (Customer is S Sabil / sk Gouse Basha right no problem, I will make it dispatch tomorrow) messaged him through WhatsApp (+** ***** *****). The authorized service center in Tirupathi says they have not received the parts yet every time we ask. They say it will take more than ** days if they go and ask.
After **-**-**** Mr.Madhusudhan Garu who works in area service center in Chennai was called many times but he did not respond, today he received the call and said I am in problem don't call me I will give you a number call that number. Mr.Nagesh Garu Work in Micromax IN area service center in Chennai and his mobile number is +** ***** *****.

Mr.Raj Kamal Garu Work in Micromax IN area service center in Chennai and his mobile number is +** ***** ***** and he also not responding my calls & still the authorized service center in Tirupathi says they have not received the part. They say it will take more than ** days if they go and ask.

Contacting the service staff at that service center, they are not properly responding, so we are contacting you as we don't know who to ask.
