मेने samsung galaxy j* की touch screen मगंवाई पर इन्होने मुझे galaxy j* prime की touch screen भेज दी. जब replace के लिए product वापस भेजा तो बोले की product damage है. Replace नहीं हो सकता. जबकि प्रोडक्ट की मेरे पास image है जो कहीं से भी damge नहीं है.. अगर प्रोडक्ट कहीं से damge होता तो रिटर्न करते समय ही जो आदमी प्रोडक्ट लेने आया था वो प्रोडक्ट लेता ही नहीं
