Dear Sir,
I purchased a Excide Battery for Home Computer UPS on **.**.**** from New Golden Batteries Shop No * Suncity Height Plot No **/** Sector ** A Seawood Nerul(W) Navi Mumbai Tel ***-******** Battery, Model **V HES *AH, Sr No *WN-L ****** Bill No **** Dated.**.**.****
on **.**.**** I found that Battery is not giving one minute backup for computer. I contact the shopkeeper from where I purchase Battery, he replied that battery is under warranty and will be replaced within three days and he given a receipt for claim.
Now more than one month passed he is tolerating me that there is no Excide Battery of the required model in Vashi dealer stock your battery will be replaced from the company where manufacturing of battery is being done it make take again more than one month.
I am using my computer without UPS battery given for claim is still pending for resolution at your end.
Kindly do the needful to replace the Battery so we can use for the safety of computer.
