** March I bought new battery from excide which got drained and while purchasing I paid the battery cost **** and *** charging cost and within a week the battery again got drained and now again they are asking me to pay *** for battery charging. I called excide customer care and spoke to Puja Kumari who was very rude and also the technician visited Jitendra Gangurde tries to threaten me for life....I need a refutand my old battery back.
