Replacement bot was never sent after pick up of the defective bot. When I followed up with customer care toll free and whattsap I was given run around that somebody will call me to let me know when I'll get a replacement . But no one called. I was promised replacement in ** days. It's well over ** days and looks like they have run away with the bot. I have their commitments in WhatsApp as evidence
