I purchased an Ecovacs X* Pro Omni robot vacuum approximately * months ago. The product has been facing recurring issues, especially in mopping mode, where it behaves abnormally (random reversing and unnecessary mop lifting even on empty floors).
The issue first occurred on ** January, for which a complaint was raised and a sensor was replaced within a week. However, the issue reappeared again.
A second complaint was raised on ** February. Since then:
- ** Feb: Engineer visited and diagnosed issue
- * March: Replacement part delivered
- * March: Engineer visited but part was found damaged during installation
- Assured resolution by * March
- Further delays with repeated assurances of parts arrival
As of today, the issue remains unresolved. It has been over one month since the complaint, and there has been no proper response, no follow-up, and no resolution. My calls are also not being answered.
The product has already undergone multiple repair attempts and continues to fail. It has also caused self-damage due to erratic behavior.
This clearly indicates a defective product and serious deficiency in service. I no longer have confidence in further repairs.
I am requesting a full unit replacement along with compensation for mental harassment, time loss, and service delay.
