Mi pro tv - Replaced led not working properly

I had purchased mi led back in October ****.
In oct ****, my led got replaced free of cost as there was some black spot on old led .
Now issue is that, the new led is also giving issue in terms of auto restarting....i had a word with mi executive and was told that technician would charge for inspection as new led is now out of warranty.
My question is that why such stupid replacement is being done for customers if this will not even sustain for * year....and its only * months ,i got the new replaced led
