Mi pro tv - TV not delivered

I had booked TV through MI website on **th June. They promissed to deliver by **th June but it has not yet delivered. Contacted their customer support several times but false promises and no resolution yet. Asked to cancel the order but they have not cancelled the order nor have given me refund.
