I initially ordered outfits from Uptowine, but had to return them due to sizing issues. The refund was credited to my Uptowine account. When I attempted to place a new order using the credited amount, I encountered difficulties using multiple coupons simultaneously. Consequently, I paid additional money for a pair of pants, then i generated two more coupons that I am now unable to use.
For the past ** days, I have tried calling and messaging Uptowine for assistance, but have received no response. Strangely, when I messaged them from a different account, they replied promptly. However, upon sending them screenshots of the coupons and inquiring about my order, they stopped responding again.
I am seeking immediate resolution to use my coupons and get an update on my pending order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
