I write concerning two recent orders placed on *th and **th August ****, respectively. In both instances, despite selecting different Maggi dishes, I consistently received Vegetable Maggi. The restaurant has acknowledged their mistake for the first error.
While mistakes can happen, my primary concern lies with Swiggy's response. After informing your support team, I was told no refund could be processed and was simply advised to rate the restaurant. Ratings are an in-house feature on your platform, and their accuracy is essential for trust. Even while placing my orders, I relied on a high restaurant rating of *.*.
I appreciate apologies, but they don't resolve repeated errors nor compensate for the inconvenience. If Swiggy isn't imposing charges on the restaurant for mistakes, it leaves the question of accountability. For the distress caused, I am seeking compensation of INR **,***. My hope is that this will prompt a review of your response protocols and ensure genuine accountability in the future.
