Panasonic ac - Repeated complaint over a brand new Air Conditioner

I bought a brand new AC which was having complaint from Day* and till January, the Brand(Pansonic) people and the dealer(Reliance Digital) were putting the blame on each other and I was not able to sleep properly with the AC. So by january I threw the AC for scrap and bought a new LG AC which is working fine till now. I need a proper refund and compensation from either Panasonic/Reliance Digital.
