Whirlpool fridge - Repairment or replacement of my refrigerator

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and file a formal complaint regarding the replacement of my defective Whirlpool refrigerator model number Whirlpool refrigerator FF PRO *** ELT APLHA STEEL *S. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter through the customer service department, I have encountered significant delays, lack of communication, and unsatisfactory resolution attempts. Therefore, I am seeking the immediate attention to rectify this situation in a fair and timely manner.
Since the purchase, I have experienced numerous issues with the refrigerator. These include consistent cooling failure, improper temperature regulation, and excessive noise. Despite scheduling multiple service appointments with the authorized service technicians, the repairs have been unsuccessful in resolving the problems.
I have followed the necessary steps to resolve this issue by contacting the customer service department on Feb,****. Since the begining of the summer I'm not able to use my refrigerator and due to which the things are getting destroyed and wasted. On **th May,**** the customer care team told me that the company will issue a new refrigerator for the old one and its being nearly four month the issue is not resolved. However, the resolution process has been frustrating and unproductive. The service technicians have made several attempts to repair the refrigerator, but the issues persist. Additionally, the prolonged delays between service visits have caused significant inconvenience and hardship.
Given the persistent nature of the problems and the numerous unsuccessful repair attempts, I request the immediate replacement of my defective Whirlpool refrigerator. I believe that a replacement is the appropriate course of action to rectify this situation and provide a satisfactory resolution. I expect the replacement to be of the same model or an equivalent model as per my original purchase.
I would also like to request compensation for the inconvenience, time, and expenses incurred during this prolonged ordeal. The ongoing issues with the refrigerator have disrupted my daily life, and I believe that fair compensation is warranted under the circumstances.
