Oyo field officer calls and verbally confirms to switch my lock in contract of three years to their advantage revenue sharing convenience. I declined and the officer states that company will terminate contract without formal notice. My two years upcoming rental revenue abruptly stopped without reason. They manipulate inventory and then lower room rates and say they are in loss, which I'm my case is irrelevant because I had fixed rental agreement. Can I take legal steps as my contract jurisdiction is in delhi and I stay in tamil nadu. A cheating case can be initiated?
