I'VE DONE A BOOKING IN OYO APP AND I'VE SELECTED THE OPTION TO PAY AT HOTEL.BUT THEY KEPT CALLING ME EVERYDAY FOR ** TIMES AND FORCED ME MENTALLY TO PAY FOR IT ONLINE.SO I'VE PAID FOR IT IN OYO APP.BOOKING ID IS YZRG****.BECAUSE MY FRIEND MET WITH AN ACCIDENT,I DIDN'T CHECK IN IN THE HOTEL.WHEN I CONTACTED OYO CUSTOMER CARE,THEY SAID THAT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING AND THE WHOLE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED BECAUSE I HAVEN'T CHECKED IN.ITS * DAYS NOW AND STILL I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT.WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ON *TH OF MARCH,THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT MY REFUND IS CONFIRMED AND I WILL RECEIVE IT WITHIN ** HOURS.AFTER ** HOURS TOO,I DIDN'T GET ANY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT.WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN THEY ARE TALKING HARSHLY AND THREATENED ME IN THE CALL THAT MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WHEN I SAID I'M GONNA COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM THEY SAID TO DO WHATEVER I WANT.I WANT JUSTICE.
