Syed Saddam filed complaint against Nobroker on Feb 16, 2024
This is with regards to the duplicate payment that was credited to the account holder (Ac No: **************) on *th Nov'** towards the rent payment, *st Payment IMPS Ref No: *************** of Rs. ***** on *th Nov'** at **:** AM and the *nd Payment IMPS Ref No: ***************, On *th Nov'** at *:** PM, although the bank had held the amount of Rs.***** of the account holder due to duplicate remittance as per Nobroker ask, here I had already given the debit authorization letter to the bank for remittance back to the recipient that is "NoBroker" (Attached authorization letter that has bank seal). And the same has been credited back to Nobroker on **th Feb Ref No: WRB*****-**-**-************-RNB. (Statment included)
On **th Dec'**, I again paid rent to the same account (Ac No: **************) of Rs.***** Ref No: NRP-********* using my credit card and this amount is not settled to the landlord/account holder.
Had been done multiple follow-ups with the customer care team and I just get the fake promises, the issue remains unresolved over the last * monthss
