Housing.com - Rent payment failed due to invalid UPI but housing com didn t refunded still

I have paid rent through credit card on ** May ****. It failed due to invalid UPI. Immediately connect with Housing.com customer support. They informed I refund will take *-** working days. Then I waited for ** working days. Now the date is * June ****. Still I didn't get my amount back. I have tried calling customer support they are not even picking the call. Now I have to pay my credit card bill for the amount they are holding currently.
