Pnb Bank - Remove a Lien Hold on mine Amount in PNB BANK

DEAR SIR/MADAM
On dated ** May ****,in mine PNB account *****/- debited through PNB atm card but at that time ATM card was in mine hand.i hadn’t Share any personal information to anyone.Afterthat I made complaint Regarding this in PNB Branch as well as RBI (Banking Ombudsman with complaint no ***************) .As results Mine *****/- credited in mine account on December,**,****. But PNB bank put this amount as a lien(hold) . I already gave many online & offline application to remove the lien but I did not get any positive response regarding this.so I kindly request you please take a look at this issue And resolved this as soon as possible. All supporting documents are already given in the bank branch.i am student suffering mentally and financially due to this
