*. I am a serving Army Officer currently posted in the North East. I had ordered a lehenga set with the order number ************ The product received was old and in bad shape which was accepted by customer care team after seeing the photos and hence I returned the product.
*. It was reported by customer care team on ** December that the product that they have received has only the lehenga, i.e dupatta and blouse are missing.
*. In a normal return process the customer hands over the product to the return pick up agent who in turn checks the product and takes it thus transferring the responsibility of correct return from one individual to the next.
*. Now Ritu Kumar has put my refund on hold for the last more than a month sending me a random unboxing clip wherein the said items are missing.!!!
*. Inspite of repeated requests my money is not being returned with no definitive date being given to me as to how much time it will take in the name of investigating the case. Who would bear the interest of the credit card bill that I am overdue now?
*. I have taken to Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp but no resolution still. This has been throughly disappointing. I want my full refund and compensation for the mental torture I have gone through as it is no fault of mine that the product was lost/ stolen by Ritu Kumar and partners.
