Neetu Sahni filed complaint against Reliance jio on May 5, 2018
I have recharged my Jio number on * May **** via paytm. Money was deducted but recharge not done. I waited and then called Jio customer care after few hours. They said the transaction was unsuccessful and I should talk to Paytm. I called Paytm and they said that the transaction was done and there is no problem from their side.
I called Jio again and was asked to file a complaint and that I did via email. With repeated mails sent. They asked me for the details ( date, time, order number etc) and that I gave.
Next day a man from Reliance Jio called me and asked me to give him my ATM card details to credit the amount. When I insisted for why should I share that. He used such a bad and foul language and passed lewd remarks, very bad language.
I am being harassed by either Jio or Paytm..whosoever is a culprit.
