Reliance jio - Reliance Jio phone not replaced

Purchased Jio phone on **/**/****, from Reliance Dr mini. After only ** to ** days the phone has got a display problem. I want to the store where I have purchased this, they informed me to visit the main branch saying that they will replace me the item. I visited the main branch in Payyannur there they told me that they will replace my fresh mobile with a refurbished (repaired) one and they can't do anything more than that, ie, I have to give them brand new pieces and got an old one for exchange. After this I am contacting these people many times but they are giving me the same option. How many of you will agree for this please tell me. Even I contact the customer care people even they don't have any reply for this. So I planned to post my complaint here
