No Broker - Relax Plan Issue

Hello, my name is Rahul. I have subscribed relax plan from no broker on *th december. And they provide me personal manager to find me property, after ** days, they found me one property, i was ready to take. So my relax manager was one who talked with Owner about property deal then finalized it. But after * days, the owner changed her mind and not willing to give property. My tenant manager told me, don't worry he will find me another property but problem is now, I can't use my Tenant relax plan subscription anymore. It asking me to renew the plan again, I have complaint my personal manager and their customer care team, they all are saying, my plan will re-activate again but nothing happen , it's been * days since i complaint..they keep saying we are working, not giving any proper response.
