I purchased a duster car from renault india in the July **** from. Dealer active motors .noida sector * They submitted the documents and rc was received through them. But in vahan app it shows duster as euro * instead of euro*.
We have been harrassed a lot as we are not using the car when restrictions are there for euro * car.
As I am working and have to go daily to my office and other family members also use the car we were unable to use it for the last * years during euro * ban.
We have spent a huge amount in travelling through cab.
Challans also have been received for the same.
Active motors have not helped and no response from them till date.
Kindly compensate for the loss and mental harrasment being faced by us during the entire period.
