Siti Networks Limited - related to refund

On ** February ****, I got SITI registered for a new broadband connection whose funnel number is FNL*********. And on the same day I made an online payment of ₹ ****. And I didn't get new connection within ** hours. And then on ** February **** I called SITI Network toll free number and made a complaint for refund. And even after * days the company is not refunding my money to me. And he is refusing to give me my refund. So I request you to help me to get my refund. I will be eternally grateful to you for this.
