Rakesh Malu filed complaint against Siti Networks Limited on Apr 9, 2020
I have been recharging my cable account through LCO for last * years. But Since * days Siti is asking subscribers to do Quick Recharge in online mode on their website (www.sitinetworks.com). I did it today and payment was successful. Receipt attached. However till now cable account is not recharged. LCO is irresponsibly saying if payment made online he can't do anything.
Dear all@Siti, if payment can be made online then why it's taking this much time for recharge. Should we wait for days after making payment. Please resolve.
