rejection of claim on fake grounds policy no ******** religare health insurance rejected claim that patient is having rheumotoid arthritis but i have clarify by dr letter that patient has no case of rheumetoid arthritis in her life time then also they r rejecting claim

Company refusing to pay the claim of breast cancer by misleading the information provided by us. Showing a disease which patient is not having. Asking OPD paper of that disease again and again.
