Lima Makhal filed complaint against Meesho on Aug 13, 2021
I ordered " Women Ikat Hand Block Print Jaipuri Cotton Mulmul Saree With Blouse Piece" which was Green and blue in colour on **th July, ****.
Unfortunately i received the same product but with different colour ( black and white) on *th August ****.
So immediately i tried to return the product but its showing that my request is being rejected...
I cant understand why i cant get my request accepted by meesho?????
I didn't paid for the wrong item i received
I only want my money back as refund.
I've been trying to return this product since *th August but its showing "request has been rejected"
And now it is showing that i cant re-initiate because i have crossed the number of limits for returning the order....

I also called the meesho service and they gave me my complain id - ******** and told me that they will send me an email for the refund...again after the * days were over i called them and they told me the same thing to wait for another *days
They also said that after the return period is over they will still refund it because their is a technical issue with their system at that moment.
I have already called them *th times and they are not taking any action.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
