I am seller on meesho .. everything was going smooth suddenly one day when I raised ticket for claim I got revert that based on past data your claims ratio is high then our overall portal ratio and rejected.. when I asked for such data and threshold limits .. they didn't responded ... Now they are not accepting any claims .. and daily *-* parcels are coming back to me with fraud like this ... No seller support
I have raised ticket on ** Jan **** when they reverted about rejection I asked for call back ..since then they didn't reverted anything... When today after many calls and hassle I got in touch with support that person told me that he just confirmed that backend team who rejected claim didn't even tried to call me just ignored my query
