Flipkart - Rejected the return of the wrong product

I have ordered the HP laptop from Flipkart. In the description, they have shown it has a one year warranty. But when I checked from Hp centre its warranty was * months and its very old model laptop and it's market price is only *****/-. They charged us *****/- and then we send them the return request for a refund but they, again and again, rejected our request. Please solve this issue. We want a refund of the wrong product. Flipkart and its seller Klick Technology has done fraud with us. Please help and return this wrong product and refund my money as soon as possible.
